MEET DR. EICKMAN

Dr. Michael Eickman is a Grand Forks, ND native. While earning his Bachelor's degree in Psychology, he was a four-year letter winner in hockey and Academic All American for the University of Nebraska-Omaha Mavericks. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln and is also a certified Invisalign provider.

Dr. Eickman joined the staff in 2011 and became owner of TRF Family Denistry in 2012. He upholds memberships with the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, Spear Education and CDOCS.com.

Dr. Eickman's favorite part about his job is developing relationships with patients through personal interactions and working with his hands to restore and enhance oral health.

In his spare time, Dr. Eickman enjoys fishing, hunting, playing and coaching hockey, biking and keeping up with his daughters' activities.

Dr. Cole Johnson is proud to call Thief River Falls his home. After graduating from Thief River Falls High School in 2016, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of North Dakota. He attended dental school at the University of Minnesota where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS).

 

Dr. Johnson is joining the staff in July 2024 as an associate dentist. He upholds memberships with the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

 

Dr. Johnson’s focus is to provide patient-centered care through relationships built off trust and communication. His goal is to restore oral health by educating his patients with treatment and prevention strategies.

 

His hobbies include water sports, biking, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and spending time with his family at the lake.

At each and every visit, you can always expect a clean and welcoming environment, as well as a greeting that includes a healthy smile from team members who will always treat you the way they would like to be treated.

 

What To Expect On Your First Visit

 

You will be given a thorough, complete exam, including X-Rays if needed. A teeth cleaning may be performed on this visit. We will also ask you questions about past dental history and your oral health routines at home. Please see our forms below if you would like to download patient questionnaires and fill them out prior to your first visit.
